Carnival is the first image for my upcoming group show called Circus Freaks at the iO gallery. This piece represents being sidetracked emotionally with fun and games, putting on a mask. It was also my first still life, exploring the movement of light through the piece and the caustic light effects of the glass juggling spheres.

My entry for the Bad-ass Gun Challenge at the ArtOrder blog. The challenge was to design a bad-ass beefy handgun that looked operational and had a skull incorporated in the design. I decided to go for a slightly Hellboy-ish kind of design by taking a small gun and putting a large caliber round in it.
